Shipping Policy

A long way to Tipperary. A short way to your door.

Every piece is printed on demand in the United States by our fulfilment partner Printful. There is no warehouse, no inventory shelf, no plane crossing the Atlantic — when you order, your item is printed, embroidered or prepared at a US facility and posted to you from there.

Production time

Most pieces leave the production facility within two to five business days of your order. Embroidered items occasionally take a day longer. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your package is handed to the carrier.

Shipping rates

Rates are flat per region and are shown at checkout:

— United States: $6.49 — Canada: $7.79 — United Kingdom: $4.99 — EFTA (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein): $10.39 — European Union: calculated at checkout — Japan: $4.79 — Rest of the world: $11.99

Delivery times after dispatch

— United States: 2 to 5 business days — Canada: 5 to 10 business days — UK / EU / Japan / Worldwide: 7 to 14 business days

Delays do happen — busy holiday windows, the occasional postal strike, customs handling in some EU countries. We never make promises we cannot keep, and if a parcel is meaningfully late please write to paulblanche21@gmail.com rather than wait.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is scanned in. If you have not seen one within seven days of ordering, write to us.

Address changes

We can edit your shipping address within two hours of your order. After that the order is in production and the address is locked. If a delivery fails because the wrong address was entered at checkout, reprinting and reshipping is billed at standard rates.

Customs and duties

For United States destinations there are no import duties — your order is printed and posted from inside the US. For international orders outside the US, the recipient may be responsible for customs charges, duties or import VAT in their own country. We cannot predict or pay these on your behalf.
