A Long Way is a sole trader operated by Paul Blanche from County Tipperary, Ireland, selling Irish-designed goods to the United States and beyond. These Terms govern your use of alongway.shop and our checkout, fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful. By placing an order with us you confirm that you have read and accepted both these Terms and our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

At the very bottom, add (or replace the existing jurisdiction line with):

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers in their country of residence.
